Why we do Peer Support E-mail
Written by Rod
More than 51 million American adults and children have a mental or emotional illness in a single year.

One in four families and one in five individuals in the U.S. will require the services of a behavioral health professional in a single year.
Peer Support Groups

You are not alone.
Support groups provide a forum for mutual acceptance, understanding and self-discovery. Peer Support Groups provide free information, education, empowerment, and support to adults and children diagnosed with a mental illness as well as their family members and loved ones. While support groups should not be considered as a substitute for treatment, they can often be a complement to treatment.
